Case: you have already set up the saas module on your Rice CMR (i.e rise crm v3.4.1) and there is a new Rise Update release (i.e Rise v3.5.1).
To update your Rise CRM after setting up the saas module, it’s important you follow the following steps carefully:
- Make a full backup of your system files and database so you can always roll back in case anything went wrong.
- Disable the saas module
- Apply the Rise CRM update following the Rise documentation guide.
- Enable the saas module after successfully applying Rise updates
